In addition to online shopping via our webshop, our clothes can be purchased from our knowledgeable retailers, where several have their own website at Capri Collection. Via the retailer's website / webshop you can place your orders.

By placing orders with us, you accept our terms of purchase.
During summer vacation, slightly longer delivery times will occure, but we always strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Delivery usually takes place within a few days of receipt of the order.
If delivery can not be made due to the fact that the garment is currently out of stock but arrives later, we will send it to you once it arrives to our warehouse. You can see which week the product is expected to come in to us for further delivery to you for no additional cost. Items without this selection are in stock and will be shipped directly.
We have free shipping to Finland on all orders over 60€. For orders less then 60€, we take out a small fee of 12€. We use Bring as our distributor of packages. If you do not pick up your package at your agent on time, we charge a fee for unused packages, which costs 20€.
All shipments are insured by Capri Collection. If you notice damage to your package before opening it, you must report this to your retailer where you picked up your parcel. Damaged goods are replaced by CC free of charge.
CHANGES AND RETURNS
We give you 14 days of open purchase, it's only when you've seen and approved your order that the purchase has closed. If you want to change or return goods, we require the goods to be unused. Of course you can take out and try the garment but it is important that you fold it nicely in the bag if you would like to return it.
If you return the item in order to change to same or other garment in a different color or size, we will take out a small fee of 12€. Always use the return address tag provided in your package, this is pre paid for you as a customer, regardless of the size and weight of the package. If we have made a mistake, we are of course responsible for the shipping. Please note that items purchased through the webshop can only be exchanged directly through Capri Collection and not at CC retailer, even though you may have collected your package at a CC retailer.
If you want to return goods, use the return shipping package included in the package and you will only pay 12€ for your return regardless of the size and weight of the package. If you return goods, you will receive the money back within 30 days and in the same way as you paid. The money is available to you within 30 days of receiving your return. If you no longer have your preprinted Return Address Label, please contact us to send a new one to you. Upon return, we will refund you the price of the garment / garments at the time of purchase.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
You can always feel safe when shopping with cards in our webshop. We use Payex for credit card payment. We reserve the right to check the card's validity and space for debit purchase. If the goods is returned, we repay you directly back on your card. You can use most cards with MasterCard and Visa bank symbol.
CC applies 18-year limit for card and credit purchases.
If you ship back goods, you will receive the money back within 30 days, on the account you payed with.
The information we collect is collected according to the GDPR (EU Data Protection Regulation).
What personal data do we save?
We collect information from you when you register on our site or fill in a form. If you order with us, we will require personal information from you to handle the order, which may include your name, shipping address, e-mail address, contact number, credit / debit card details, billing and shipping address.
